Item Availability Inquiry is a fast and easy way to view exactly where an item stands in your inventory.   Quickly check item availability with the touch of a button. Item Availability Inquiry lets you see exactly where an item stands. Do you need to know how many of a particular item are on sales orders? Do you need to know whether the item is active, standing or on a future order? Do you need to know the quantity and when the item is expected to be received from issued purchase orders? You don't need to view separate screens in separate modules to accomplish this necessary task! Item Availability Inquiry makes this job quick and easy.

  • All inventory items can be queried for availability.
  • The inquiry screen for sales orders is user defined and can include information consisting of sales order number, customer number, customer name, quantity on order, unit of measure for quantities and expected ship date and sales order type (active, standing or future).
  • The inquiry screen for purchase orders is user defined and can include information consisting of purchase order number, vendor name, quantity on a specific purchase order, unit of measure for quantities and due date.
  • Inquire on customers for open Sales Orders, view item on backorder for that order, and Purchase Orders due against the items.
  • As long as you display the Sales Order number, you can view detailed information on that specific sales order.
  • As long as you display the Purchase Order number, you can view detailed information on that specific purchase order.
  • Display Inventory, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders by location.
  • Display Inventory quantities by the item's unit of measure and alternate units of measure.
  • Quick inquiry for items by description and vendors' item number.
  • Integrates with ACCPAC® Plus Inventory Control.
  • Optionally integrates with ACCPAC® Plus Order Entry and Purchase Order.
  • Item Availability Inquiry is easily installed using the ACCPAC® Plus Windowing System Manager and can be quickly accessed from the ACCPAC® Plus Start List.
  • ACCPAC® Plus Windowing System Manager 6.1A or later is required.
  • Call for compatibility with ACCPAC® Plus Inventory Control, Order Entry and Purchase Order modules.
  • Network ready or can be used as a stand-alone.
