    OVERVIEW
Direct Deposit for Windows brings the convenience of direct deposit to your payroll operations.   Payroll Direct Deposit creates a data file for the electronic transfer of payroll wages out of ACCPAC® for Windows U.S. Payroll. Payroll Direct Deposit adds security and convenience to your payroll run and makes payroll checks immediately available to all employees on payday whether they are on vacation or sick leave. Payroll Direct Deposit benefits your company by eliminating the distribution, mailing, or holding of paychecks and reduces payroll to one transaction on your company bank statement instead of one for each employee paycheck.

  • Each employee can designate up to 98 banks/accounts.
  • The amount going to each account can be a percentage of the total check, a designated amount, a percentage of remainder - or any combination of these.
  • Print advices separately for employees not receiving checks.
  • Creates a pre-notification file and prints a pre-notification register for new direct deposit employees.
  • Prints a payroll check with "VOID" in the amount field for each direct deposit employee not receiving a check, along with the employee's bank and account numbers where the funds were electronically transferred.
  • Creates a direct deposit file for each payroll run and prints a direct deposit register listing all direct deposit employees.
  • Retains both pre-notification and direct deposit files as batches in the system, which may then be re-submitted, printed, or deleted.
  • Creates batch reports listing each employee in the direct deposit system or the pre-notification file, their bank numbers, account numbers, and payroll amounts deposited.
  • Direct Deposit Register listing can be printed.
  • Print Direct Deposit Bank Sets.
  • Provides the safeguard of allowing the selection of beginning and ending dates for direct deposit to operate for a given employee.
  • Payroll Direct Deposit operates according to all standard ACH (Automated Clearing House) formats and requirements.
